We only accept payment for the car costs and other
charges in Japanese yen (JPY).
(Please contact us if you are unable to pay in Japanese yen. We may be able to
make an exception on a case-by-case basis.)

We receive only T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
Deposit
3-A)
You need to remit your deposit
after you decide to apply to Universal Produce system.
3-B)
The deposit is the total amount of CAR PRICE
and AUCTION FEE.
(Not including
our mission fee and another fee).
3-C)
You need to pay the bank fees for your remittance.
3-D)
Please send us the copy of the T/T (Telegraphic
Transfer) immediately, after you remit your deposit. We begin the
purchasing procedures immediately, after we have confirmed your remittances.
3-E)
Before your bid is successful your deposit
is still refundable. However a bank charge for the refund will be
deducted, when we refund your deposit. And if we have already bid
on your car but were not successful, the bidding charge for the auction
will be deducted from your deposit, when we refund your deposit.
Balance
4-A)
You need to pay your balance within
four days after your will receive our calculation of remittance.
4-B)
Please send us the copy of the T/T (Telegraphic
Transfer) immediately, after you remit your balance We begin the
shipping procedures immediately, after we have confirmed your remittances.
Bidding
5)
Please confirm the import standards
of your country before you submit your bidding request.
We are not responsible for any disputes, or fees and taxes you may
incur, involving any failures to follow the import laws and standards
of your country.
Shipment
6-A)
We ship the vehicle by the first
available ship after confirming a full amount remittance.
6-B)
We send to you shipping documents, such as
the invoice, the original deregistration, and bill of lading by DHL
or EMS (International Express Mail) immediately after shipping the
vehicle.
Insurance
7)
In the case of a CIF price, we
will place insurance on the vehicle while it is shipped until it
reaches a port of the importing country. This insurance only covers
the total loss of the vehicle.
Inspection
8)
IInspections performed by each
of the auction houses' inspectors are final in respect to the condition
of the vehicles.
Warranty
9)
We sell this vehicle in as-is
condition.
Cancellation
10)
You cannot cancel after your bid
was successful.
Trade terms
11)
The trade terms will be governed
and interpreted by the provisions of the latest INCOTERMS.
Compensation for Damage
12)
We will not be responsible for
any delay or failure upon fulfillments of all or part of this contract
directly or in directly owing to any cause or circumstance beyond
the control of us, the seller, including act of God, war, warlike
conditions, hostilities, revolution, riot, governmental order or
restriction, strike, lockout, or other dispute.
Governing law
13)
This contract will be governed
in all respects by the laws of Japan.
Compensation for Damage
14)
When purchasing a vehicle directly
from our stock, you need to pay the full amount in advance before
we start the shipment procedure.
